Benefits of ADDSUP

Structure

  • The ADDSUP program takes place every Monday through Friday, from 8:30am through 1:30pm.  Additional respite services and extended hours can be provided on a case by case basis.

Convenience

  • Transportation, to and from the program, as well as breakfast and lunch are provided!

  • Convenient Nutley location

Community Support

  • Opportunity to develop meaningful and supportive relationships with staff as well as other participants

​

Experience

  • Home Away From Home has been providing the community with resources, support, and daily activities programming for 11 years

​

Expert Care

  • Access to on-site health care staff, including registered nurses and licensed social workers who can provide medical support, assist with actitivies of daily living, administer medication, and address any on-going medical needs.
